There is also a category of semi-detached and link homes in Meadowlands of Ancaster. As it depends on the size of those properties most of them were selling around $400,000. The Meadowlands of Ancaster is also home to a number of luxury living, mansion style mostly backing onto conservation area. The highest reported in Meadowlands of Ancaster within the last six months was 2 storey 4+2 bedrooms home with the lot 33.23 X 193.04 feet on Diiorio Circle. The listing price for this home was $1,250,000 and it sold for $1,135,000.
